For the ultimate in relaxation, Dalhousie Castle (a von Essen hotels) have created Aqueous, a hydro spa, the first of its kind in Scotland. Aqueous combines relaxing and therapeutic spa treatments with the invigorating and rejuvenating hydro facilities. These include everything from the Hydro Pool, with its multi-massage jet pool, to the Laconium, a Roman style sauna with underfloor and seat heating, and from the Ottoman, a Turkish style steam bath, to the Tropical Rain & Cold Fog Shower which gently refreshes your senses and invigorates your body.

You can benefit from a wide choice of therapeutic and beauty treatments that range from complete exfoliating and moisturising to Japanese silk eye zone therapy, and from manicures and pedicures to aromatherapy face treatments for men. We have also created some Special Aqueous Spa packages for you.

New - Cleopatra’s Hand Treatment (30mins)

A luxurious hand treatment where your hands are lavished with rich minerals. A creamy Dead Sea Mud mask is applied to hydrate your hands, before a hand massage is given using sensuous aromatherapy oils. You will be left feeling totally pampered and relaxed, with silky smooth hands.

New - Cleopatra’s Feet Treatment (45mins)

This is pure spa pleasure for feet. Gentle sand and Dead Sea Salts are used to exfoliate your feet followed by a sensuous massage with aromatherapy oils. Warm Dead Sea Mud is applied, cocooning tired feet and legs, whilst hydrating, soothing and nourishing the area.
