Lifetime HF: Exercise to Music course
Studio instructing is ideal for those who are active and like teaching a variety of classes - in most you are required to take part, although occasionally instruction or observation will be more important.
Exercise to Music instructors usually benefit from free use of club facilities. In addition, they can work when you want, receive a good rate of pay as well as meet new people, develop skills and most certainly get a buzz from working in a group environment.
Lifetime HF Exercise to Music course
Lifeteme offer a REPs accredited, flexible Exercise to Music course through a combination of distance and attendance workshops that will qualify the individual to become an aerobics/group exercise instructor.
This Exercise to Music short course is generally completed in 6-8 weeks and involves 40 hours distance learning followed by a 5 day practical course. The course is workshop based, enabling students to gain the confidence and practical skills to plan and teach an exercise to music (aerobics) class.
The Exercise to Music course also covers the theoretical knowledge to be able to advise people on exercise programmes within the studio environment as a fully qualified aerobics instructor.
