Energy boosting breakfast smoothie
Start the day as you mean to go on with an energy boosting breakfast smoothie.
Ingredients (serves 1)
1 banana, chopped
2 tablespoons low fat natural yogurt
200ml cold semi-skimmed milk
1 tablespoon rolled oats
1 teaspoon of honey
Method
1) Place all the ingredients in a blender or smoothie maker and blend until smooth.
