Facilities include a 54-station gymnasium, cardiovascular area, free weights area and fixed resistance machines, dance studio, 20-metre infinity pool and children’s pool, fitness testing suite, children’s Hideaway Club and the Forum Café.   It also boasts the largest freeform spa bath in Europe and luxurious changing rooms each with their own spa bath, sauna, plunge pool and steam room.

The award-winning Forum Spa has 16 beautifully appointed treatment rooms offering a selection of the most innovative spa therapies from around the world and signature treatments including the exotic Rasul Mud Ritual, therapeutic Hydrotherapy and blissful Hot Stones Massage.

Guests staying at The Resort Hotel enjoy complimentary use of The Forum Health Club facilities. Guests at The Manor House may also enjoy the facilities at a daily charge of £15 per person.
