The spacious fitness studio has a wide range of state-of-the-art Technogym equipment, all featuring integrated TV screens and audio channels, creating a truly personal experience as you work out. 

There is also a free weights and stretching area for floor exercises and the whole gym enjoys a light, bright environment with natural daylight. A team of highly qualified instructors are on hand should you require them.

• All ESPA treatments and Programmes will be available to residents of the hotel and members.
• All ESPA Programmes are available for non-residential Day Spa guests and include use of the Spa Thermal Suite experiences.
• Non-residents wishing to book from the main treatment menu are required to reserve a minimum treatment time of two hours.
