F.I.E Aerobic Instructor course
The Fitness Industry Education (FIE) Studio Instructor course runs under the name 'aerobics instructor course' . Commonly aerobic instructor courses are referred to as Exercise to Music. The course will provide you with the knowledge and skills required by an Aerobics Instructor to plan, instruct and evaluate sessions for groups of individuals with a variety of experience and fitness levels. Exercise to music courses will gain qualifying students Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) Level 2 status.

The Fitness Industry Education Studio Instructor course is delivered in one of two ways, neither as a classroom based or home study based training course. The one you choose will larger, no doubt, depend on your personal preference and current employment responsibilities. Aerobics Instructor Course Requirement
There are no requirements for the Aerobic Instructor course. You will learn everything you need to get your qualification while studying with us. It is beneficial to have some experience of participating in a variety of classes and during the course you will gain further knowledge and skills by participating in various activities in the studio environment.
Aerobcis Instructor Course Assessment
You will submit a portfolio of evidence which contains the following:
- Screening documentation for all participants
- Session Plan designed for Group Exercise to Music Session
- Risk assessment for the planned session
- Health and Safety Worksheet
- Promote the Adoption of Physical Activity Worksheet
On graudating ...
After completing the Fitness Industry Education Aerobic Instructor course you will be able to work within health clubs, gyms and local village halls delivering aerobic sessions and other forms of group exercise activities. You will also be in a position to further develop your skills on other Fitness Industry Education fitness training courses, allowing you to climb the career ladder with the health and fitness sector.
