This is an essential course for any Personal Trainer who wants to stay at the forefront of delivering highly effective and tailored workouts and stay ahead of their game. In only one day you will learn how to deliver functional training and sports specific exercises, discuss the theory of functional training and movement patterns and learn how training for function and motor skills play a pivotal role in training clients to enhance their performance (as opposed to training specific muscles).
Whether they are a golfer, distance runner or footballer you will see marked improvements in their performance, so whether it is improved speed, quickness, agility or explosive power that is needed, you are the able to offer an effective training programme to suit their needs.
Entry requirements
A REPs recognised level 3 qualification is required before attending this workshop.
Assessment and certification
This workshop is assessed by a short multiple choice exam. Students will achieve a certification of attendance and 8 CPD credits.
