Extensor Carpi Ulnaris
Situated to the top of the forearm muscle group, the extensor carpi is a muscle recruited during the extension of the wrist joint.
Having a high population of slow twitch fibres, the extensor carpi would may be best trained using a higher repetition range. It is little wonder why such a heavily used muscle has an abundance of slow twitch fibres, contracting many time during the day to perform gripping and other activities.
