Every client you train will have a unique requirement when it comes to their sports programme and their individual nutritional requirements. Many clients can get confused by the array of different diets, supplements and programmes that will give them the optimum results, whether their aim is eating for endurance, size or power.
You will look at eating strategies and supplements for different types of training as well as the benefits of supplements for enhancing your size, power and strength. This one day course will arm you with all the knowledge you need to create nutrition programmes to complement your clients training programmes. Leaving you even happier, healthier clients!
Entry requirements
A good knowledge of nutrition is required before attending this module so completion of the Lifetime level 3 nutrition modules or similar is required.
Assessment and certification
This workshop is assessed by a short multiple choice exam. Students will achieve a certification of attendance and 8 CPD credits.
