Back exercises
The back muscles are made up or a small number of muscle groups including the latissimus dorsi, the rhomboids, and the teres major and teres minor. We also have a large range of back exercise profiles that stimulate the back muscles (including Latissimus Dorsi), such as pull downs, chin ups, rows and deadlifts.
We have slight the back exercises into 'general back exercises and exercise specifically targetting the latissimus dorsi muscle group.
